MUD Jeans is the world’s first circular denim brand. Any non-recycled cotton they use is OCS-certified organic. This cotton is guaranteed to come from sources where no toxic chemicals, pesticides, or genetically. Each pair uses 460 litres of water (90% less than average), emits 3.5 kg CO₂ (46.6% less), and contains up to 47% post-consumer recycled denim made with partners Recover and Tejidos Royo in Spain. In 2022, they saved 48.7 million litres of water, avoided 251,000 kg of CO₂, and diverted 18,363 jeans from landfill.
