SpotBroad, heart-shaped dasheen leaves standing tall; the ground mounded where the provisions swell below.

The goodThe strength foods. Slow-release energy, potassium and fibre that kept our people working the land and full through the day. The dasheen leaf is callaloo itself, cooked down for iron. Ground food is grounding food.
