Frequently asked questions

What does “5,000 SKUs free” mean?

The Basic Chrome scanner supports up to 5,000 SKUs in a catalogue scan. This is a per-scan limit, not unlimited new scans each month. Opening an approved result does not start a new scan.

Will a paid plan change a brand's score?

No. All plans use the same Throne Standard and show scored, filtered and unresolved items separately. A paid plan changes access and capacity, never the score.

Are reader memberships included?

Reader memberships, scanner capacity and business products are separate. Keep your free reader account and choose only the plan for the feature you need.

Does 100,000+ mean unlimited scanning?

No. The large-catalogue option starts at the displayed price, with actual catalogue size and supported scan capacity confirmed when you choose your plan. A partial catalogue never receives a complete brand score.
