Soulful dishes built on the Rastafarian ital tradition using a farm-to-table concept; a hillside sanctuary where farming and food come together, with plates that celebrate what comes from the soil.
Runs the organic Plant Wise greenhouse producing microgreens, seedlings, herbs and edible flowers for kitchens across the BVI; a self-sustainable garden with no harmful chemicals (only occasional bio-based pesticides) and companion planting; aims to grow food that is spiritual, healthy and beneficial to the environment.
