The property bans single-use plastic throughout and has maintained a long-standing partnership with the Alligator Head Foundation, which restored marine life across the East Portland Fish Sanctuary through the creation of a protected No Fish Zone. Thanks to this initiative, Loggerhead and Hawksbill Turtles, Eagle Rays, Parrotfish and Southern Stingrays now thrive in Geejam’s bay.
Geejam’s on-site Bushbar restaurant is open seven days a week and serves Jamaican fusion dishes and cocktails. The Bushbar is built around two 300-year-old fig trees and features an infinity pool, DJ booth and forest-to-sea views. The menu draws on local Jamaican culinary traditions with fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local vendors, and private villa guests have access to a dedicated private chef service. Guests can also enjoy breakfast options including Continental, Jamaican and English breakfast as part of their stay.
