The resort's sustainability policy (signed 31 May 2024, published by NOW Grenada) lists faucet aerators, low-flush toilets, potable water recycling, daily laundry water recycling and towel reuse, and reports a 7.9% fall in potable water use. Figures are self-reported and the policy has not been restated since its May 2025 review date. The May 2024 policy reports waste sent to landfill down 26.3% and names one system, a waste separation programme. The figure is self-reported and no recycling or plastics systems are described. The May 2024 policy reports energy use per guest night down 7.57% but names no energy system at all. Self-reported. Invasive species management, tree conservation and coral reef restoration are credited to the group-wide Sandals Foundation, not specified as projects at this resort. The resort publishes an annual sustainability policy with measured results and names a Sustainability Champion, and says it achieved EarthCheck Certified Gold in May 2023. The EarthCheck directory could not be checked, so the certification itself is not counted.
