Eco Amenities
The 2026 sustainability page lists solar panels on purpose designed flat roofs and upgraded, centrally controlled air conditioning; the share of power from solar is not stated. Cap Maison runs its own sewage treatment plant and reuses the grey water to irrigate its gardens, catches rainwater for its laundry and has a towel reuse policy. Bathroom amenities come in recycled plastic containers cleaned and refilled through Neem Avenue of Antigua, and drinking water is served in refillable glass bottles. Both are refill schemes against single use plastic; no recycling or composting is described (sustainability page, 2026). The hotel says it buys from local suppliers as much as possible, including some island ingredients and Caribbean coffee, but names no farms and gives no share. Cap Maison works with Wayaj, which provides a sustainability rating and a carbon footprint test; this is not an audited certification and no results are published.
