Eco Amenities The cottage sits on a family run regenerative organic farm with terraced beds worked without synthetic inputs, lunar planting, no-dig beds and mixed plantings, supplying households, restaurants and yachts across the BVI (about page, 2026). The farm makes all of its own compost on site and uses no synthetic fertiliser. Soil regeneration through no-dig beds that leave soil structure, micro-organisms and fungal networks undisturbed, plus mixed plantings in place of pesticides. The cottage is a vernacular West Indian building of timber and tin with a deep verandah for shade, built in the island tradition.
