A private chef is part of the four person villa team. Island chefs source local and seasonal produce, with fish sustainably caught in Caribbean waters for low food and carbon miles; food and beverages are charged separately from the villa rate.
The island practises permaculture principles and organic gardening, and villa gardens are grown so the foliage runs up to the house.
