From Bekonos you can walk down to the beach in a few minutes, spend the whole day at the pool (day and night, the owners say you could almost sleep in it), or head out on the water. Friendship Bay and the island's quieter beaches are close by.
Bekonos generates its own solar power and collects its own rainwater, reducing its reliance on Bequia's utilities. Bekonos collects rainwater through a rooftop system during Bequia's roughly six-month rainy season and stores it for use around the villa.
