Maria Islands Nature Reserve guided landing (St Lucia National Trust)

Observation only under a licensed conservation body. No feeding, no handling, no collecting. Removing shells, rocks, soil, plants or any flora or fauna is UNLAWFUL. Fires, matches, machetes, knives, alcohol, sirens and loud noise prohibited. No captive animals.

Appointment-only boat landing with a Trust guide onto a strictly protected reserve holding several species found NOWHERE ELSE ON EARTH. Local fishing boat crossing, no facilities, bring your own food and water. One of the most tightly managed protected areas in the Eastern Caribbean, kept free of mongoose and rats. Access is CAPPED and by appointment, boats are local, and the fee supports the National Trust that manages the reserve.
