The goodGreen blood food. Callaloo carries iron, calcium and folate, the greens our grandmothers cooked to build strong blood and clear skin. The bitter greens wake up the liver.

Peppers & Aromatics

SpotFragrant seasoning-pepper bushes (aromatic, not fiery), clumps of scallion, and bell and hot peppers ripening red.
The goodThe green-seasoning base of every good pot. Seasoning peppers and scallion carry the flavour; sweet peppers are rich in vitamin C; a little pepper heat to move the blood and open the chest.
