Explore RestaurantsA small owner run vegetarian and vegan kitchen open since 1997, with Garifuna and Caribbean influences.
About as close to source as food gets: the owner grows soybeans at home and makes his own tofu and soy milk from them, and cooks from his own backyard garden. He teaches tofu and soy milk making by arrangement. Note it also serves fish, so it is not purely plant based, and it is a one man operation, so ring ahead.
