Cone Denim aims to cut water use 40% by 2030 and GHG emissions 46.2% by 2030 (from 2019). Uses Oritain-traceable cotton, recycled cotton, organic cotton, BCI cotton, and hemp. Offers fabrics with Repreve®, Tencel™, CiCLO®, Lycra® EcoMade, Roica™, Coolmax®, Thermolite®, and Creora® Regen fibers. Distilled Indigo™ and Natural Indigo dyes are hydrosulfite- and aniline-free. TruTone™ fabric cuts dye water use by 85%. Ozone Flash Finish saves 85% water and reduces chemicals. Cogeneration system cut plant emissions 26%; solar panels in China reduced emissions another 17%.
