Most “cotton” underwear hides elastane or spandex in the trims. We read the stated fibres on 20 of 20 styles, thread by thread: 100% plant, 0% synthetic.
Latex and rubber waistbands are a top trigger for contact eczema. Elastic check across the catalogue: No elastane.
