About Lem Lem

Lemlem garments are made from natural fibres, with the brand describing its pieces as handwoven and its materials as “natural fibers & certified fabrics”. Linen appears in the Lemlem collection made in Kenya, though the brand publishes no fibre percentages.

Every Lemlem collection is made with love and care in Africa, drawing on an artisan workshop in Ethiopia and independently audited garment factories in Kenya and Morocco. The handwoven ready-to-wear is woven on handlooms by master weavers in Ethiopia, the linen collection is made in Kenya and Lemlem swimwear is made in Morocco, with some pieces produced as made-to-order collections.
