Little Lovebum uses a GOTS-certified organic cotton body in its Newbie Natural nappy, but because Little Lovebum bonds a waterproof PUL (polyurethane) layer into the all-in-one design, Little Lovebum is not a pure plant-fibre product. Little Lovebum is a UK brand, and the organic cotton claim is genuine and GOTS-backed. The contradiction Little Lovebum cannot escape is that its all-in-one only works because of a bonded plastic layer, so the finished Little Lovebum nappy always contains synthetic waterproofing.
