Your Day by Day St Lucia Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Soufriere
Base yourself in the south and do not plan to cross the island daily. The road is slow and winding for good reason.
Fond Doux Eco Resort
Chateau Belair, between the Pitons. A historic working cocoa estate you sleep on.
Jah Lamb's Vegetarian
Soufriere town, 5 High Street. Ital cooking, in town rather than in a resort.
Day 2: The ridge and the estate
The Pitons Management Area is St Lucia's only UNESCO World Heritage Site, inscribed 30 June 2004 across 2,909 hectares.

Day 3: Under the water
The Soufriere Marine Management Area is zoned, and the user fee you pay funds the management of it.
Day 4: Herbs, forest and the drive north
Work your way back up through the interior.
