Spring View is a 250-acre organic farm in Spring Valley on the windward side of mainland St Vincent, growing fruit trees, roots and ground provisions, leafy greens, herbs, peppers and vegetables. Cocoa grows wild through the valley alongside the fruit trees.

The goodThe strength foods. Slow-release energy, potassium and fibre that kept our people working the land and full through the day. The dasheen leaf is callaloo itself, cooked down for iron. Ground food is grounding food.
