Every Attire The Studio garment is made from fabrics stated to be 100% natural and 100% biodegradable, drawing on wool, cotton and silk alongside the regenerated cellulose fabrics Cupro and Lyocell. No polyester or polyester blend fabrics are used by Attire The Studio, and its Cupro is described as a plant-based, fully biodegradable fabric made from cotton waste.
Attire The Studio produces locally in Italy and Portugal only, working with five small family-owned factories that specialise in the styles it makes. The founder of Attire The Studio has personally visited each factory and watched the pieces being produced, with wool for coats sourced from a Portuguese farm and mill and wool for trousers from Italian mills.
Beyond its natural fibres, Attire The Studio states that its collection and packaging are completely plastic-free, supporting the brand’s biodegradable, transparent and eco-friendly production.
